I giri di pasta che faccio per i croissant ripetuti almeno 3-4 volte<br />

dopodiché ho messo tutto in una ciotola lievitare<br />
coperto con pellicola per almeno due ore<br />

Una volta passata tale tempo<br />
Ho arrotolato tipo salame il panetto<br />
Con carta forno messo in uno<br />
stampo da plumcake intrecciato a lievitare<br />

Cottura 200 ° forno statico per 10 minuti<br />
Con dentro un pentolino d'acqua<br />
Dopo Ho abbassato 180° per circa 20 minuti<br />
